BALAVIKAS EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY FOR THE DISABLED CHILDREN

a) To identify the Disability as early as possible. , b) To provide the necessary corrective and rehabilitative training and aids. , c) To open early intervention center for hearing imparired mentally retarded and cerebral palacy children. , d) To open educational insitutiton for the hearing impaired mentally challenged cerebral palacy, Autism, attention deficit & hyper Active Disorder, Physically Handicapped & Slow Learner. , e) To provide Scientific method of education to the children with special needs. , f) To open Vocational Education for the mentally challenged hearing impaired cerebral palacy and multiple handicapped. , g) To start a rehabilitation center for all handicapped persons. , h) to promote manpower development in the area of special education. , i) The objects of the society and the Bye-Laws of the society will not be modified, changed or altered or submitted without the prior consent of the Director of Income Tax (Exemption). , j) In case of the dissolution of the society, the properties of the society will be handed over to a Society / Trust having similar objectives and which is registered u/s. 12(A) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. , k) The investment of the Funds of the society shall be made in accordance with the provision of section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. , l) Health: To create awareness on overall health among the general population (urban & rural) and provide information on access on health issues in accordance to millennium development goal. , m) Education: To Network with various stake holders working in the areas of education & Technical (Primary & Secondary, Collages) to improve the current quality of education as per Millennium development goals. , n) Youth and Women Improvement: Involves strategically form relevant groups to help in overall development of the rural and urban development demographics. , o) Legal: Provide legal assistants to all beneficiaries in the areas of family welfare, domestic violence and issues with HIV & other infections, diseases control etc.,
