ASSI as registered NGO was founded in the year 1996 and since then playing a major role in community transformation work. ASSI since its inception, has been working in villages of North and Eastern parts of India with primary aim to help the destitute, neglected, marginalized section of Society with its tag line of Sharing Quality life style through wholesome charitable services . Besides our work in villages, our work has widened in 6 major cities across states such as West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Delhi in north and eastern India. Organization works through its volunteers support who are the part of our45-vocational training centres for women and more than 50 plus literacy and community awareness centres for women and children. We also have two middle level schools for children of poor & underprivileged families in Chehri and Shishua Villages of District Maharajganj, U.P. Community and Society at large counts our contribution as remarkable for the welfare of street children and women empowerment.
