Apex Voluntary Agency for Rural Development (AVARD) is a vibrant and competent organization rooted in justice, concern for poor, honesty, participation, voluntarism, effectiveness and transparency; facilitating change for the integral development of the poor and marginalized families, working in Central Kerala. Our major thrust areas of interventions are family, Community Based Organizations, Local Self Governments, indigenous communities and Sustainable Agriculture.
