We are trying to make our students achieve personal adequancy, social competancy and economic independence so as to read a life as normal as possible in the society in which they live.All this development so happens since we implement 3 Cs phylosophy ie. Comprehension, Competency, and Creativity which is formulated by our founder director, Rev. Fr. Thomas Felix CMI. CIMR Educational Curriculum Develoipment Project succcessfully implemented as perthe timeschedule. There by more than 3000 nganawadi teachers from all over the Thiruvananthapuram District have completed the training programme. In future these teachers will train the mentally challenged children in their panchayaths. , The Vocational training at Kuittichal agricultural Rehabilitation Centre includes Agriculture and allied activites, horticulture which enables the mentally challanged students gradually bringing into normalcy and confidence. , In CIMR training includes carpentry, horse back riding, driving, stitching, cycle assembling, cooking, cleaning, washing and ironing cloths. So that the mentally challenged children gets more confidence and leads to normalcy.
