AEA focuses on Access and Quality Education Livelihood Education Early Child Care and Education, Through our 34 Projects we reached out to a population of more than 1,201,030 individuals that include children teachers and Community based organisations., Since 2005 our Livelihood Programme called iLEAD has trained more than 252000 lakh youths and more than 44 percent are female coverage in the age group of 18 to 35 years Placement in diverse employment sectors constitute to 73 percent record.
