To undertake research to retrieve the vast vanishing arts and crafts and also to create new forms and designs, crafts to suit the modern development but basing on the traditional arts and crafts. To establish an institution to impart and propagate the knwoledge of traditional arts and crafts. This institution will also be the centre for research. To organize Tours, Shows, Demonstrations or Presentation of the new productions of the organisation in connection with the Dance, Drama and Music of Manipur related to the aims and objects. To encourage and assist production of new arts by awarding prizes etc. To enter into agreement with authors and persons for dramatic and other rights of opera, plays, burlesques, ballets spectacular Arts musical and dramatic competitions and other entertainment. To encourage and promote dramatic activities, and theatre the open air theatre in its various art forms. To promote traditional and non traditional dance and musical exchange of ideas for National Integration and social Health. To set up information recreational centre and libraries. To organise various awareness generating programme on different issues through culture. To create awareness among the people residing both in rural and urban areas including SC and ST, Minorities and Other Backward Classes for their development programmes, rural development, sports development, welfares of children. To impart training programmes to individuals and groups in Handloom and Handicrafts. Bamboo products, Rural Industries Programme, Crafts Training Centres, wood Carving etc. To establish the institutions, disabled schools, ashram schools, boarding schools, street children and victims of drug abuse and orphanage home, destitute home.
