•  To maintain the trainee’s database time to time on AIF MIS and upload the relevant supporting documents on timely basis.
•  Facilitating training session, organizing assessments and solving queries of the students enrolled in training.
•  Supporting the team in candidate’s onboarding and counseling the students to go for placements.
•  Liaising & networking with the local employers for Industry connect activities (HR Talk sessions & online events)
•  Generating reports and presenting information to Program Manager on learners/ students’ performance on a weekly basis.
•  Assistance in timely reporting to the donor regarding project progress and facilitating them as and when required.
•  Any other task as assigned by the line manager.

• Possess sound knowledge and experience of front and back-end development.
•  Strong and updated knowledge about technology trends and IT initiatives
•  Skilled in 21st century employability skills training delivery
•  Well informed of labor market trends, employer needs and best practices in career services
•  Excellent English and Hindi communication skills –both written and verbal
•  Proven experience as website, application developer, experience in designing and building
• applications and data analysis
•  Should have a flare for teaching & will also be required to guide the students through their projects
