About Job Profile

Fundraising and Partnerships

Develop and manage long term relationship with donors and upgrading them up the donor pyramid. To aid the Fundraising and volunteering team. To Influence donors to donate or sponsor animals or provide volunteer services by following a prepared script to give organisation's reference information.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Create resourceful ways to spread awareness about India’s biodiversity.
  • Effectively convey the organization’s mission, vision, and programs to potential donors.
  • Contact Donors through calls and explain WWF India's work to members in a clear and exciting way to generate funds for supporting WWF-India’s conservation work.
  • Cultivate a network of dedicated donors and volunteers. Develop a long-term relationship with the donor and upgrade them to the donor pyramid.
  • Meet the fundraising target given by the line manager.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University/ Students in their last Semesters.
  • Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
  • Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
  • Energy and drive to inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
  • Public Speaking skills.
  • Ability to successfully balance priorities while managing multiple tasks.
