In this role, you will use your technical knowledge in hardware/software/machine learning, experience with partnering with cross-disciplinary teams, and strong program management skills to deliver on a strategic efficiency road map for machine learning and launch and land cross-organizational complex programs.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Partner with Product Management and Finance to publish a data-backed robust road map.
  • Lead the definition and development of the machine learning road map for Google. 
  • Build partnerships with teams across Google and identify efficiency opportunities that will help directly address the machine learning demand.
  • Define and launch key strategic initiatives that deliver on ML Efficiency goals (e.g. Capacity Fungibility).
  • Drive workshops and seminars with senior managers across Google and use technical experience in identifying strategic areas of focus and opportunity. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience in machine learning platforms and systems with knowledge of design and deployment of these systems.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the software stack for machine learning platforms.
  • Excellent program management skills, with the demonstrated ability to successfully drive and land complex cross-functional programs (i.e., HW/SW efficiencies for the data center).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
