About Job Profile

Technical assistance in restructuring and redeployment of health workforce. Establish multi stakeholder engagements to facilitate collaborative efforts towards shared health system goals. Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing.

Primary Responsibilities include

Provide technical support in the development of job satisfaction survey tool to be implemented in the health facilities.
Technical support in pilot testing of HR enumeration, functional and satisfaction tools in consultation with ASSIST officials.
Develop detailed workplan for the implementation of enumeration in consultation with ASSIST officials.
Responsible for preparation of monthly, quarterly and other periodic reports.
Support in redefining organizational structure and performance review system.
Technical assistance in restructuring and redeployment of health workforce.
Establish multi stakeholder engagements to facilitate collaborative efforts towards shared health system goals.
Represent the organization in stakeholder meetings, conferences, and other forums to promote cooperation and knowledge sharing.
Carryout field visits to support district and facility functionaries.
Undertake other activities as per the need of the project and as required by the client and Team Leader.
