About Job Profile

IT/MIS and Technology

India Child Protection Fund(ICPF) is looking for a Technology Director to provide leadership and direction for technology necessary to support all facets of operations, including instruction and administration for combatting CSAM. This role will work directly with the senior members of the team which encompasses Technology, Policy, and operations partners to further our mission of making online world safe for children.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Support ICPF by organizing, implementing, and monitoring projects in the specialized Cyber Police units in India
  • Develops Organisation Technology Action Plan and coordinates plan implementation including ongoing revisions to ensure that technology is leveraged to enhance teaching, advance learning, and increase the effectiveness of the Stake holders in tackling CSAM.
  • Provides strategic and tactical planning, development, evaluation, and coordination of the information and technology systems for the cyber police, service providers, and community at large, ensuring support of the Orgnisation goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with ICPF’s technology partners and other consultants
  • Support national authorities in the implementation of recommendations and coordinated actions carried out by ICPF
  • Maintain robust and supportive relationships and effective communications with state government , industry stakeholders, and civil society organizations, to achieve concrete actions in promoting and protecting children's rights
  • Ensure effective reporting and analysis of project activities to create plans to drive continuous improvement of the project
  • Provide logistical support for carrying out activities including meetings with key actors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience with project Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) desired
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Superior interpersonal, time management, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize, successfully complete multiple tasks with attention to detail, and meet deadlines
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient Hindi & English language – spoken and written – required
