This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader - Fundraiser at Shiksha Seva Foundation. The Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of fundraisers and ensuring fundraising targets are met. The Team Leader will develop fundraising strategies and campaigns, organize fundraising events, and oversee donor relations.

Primary Responsibilities include

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience in fundraising and managing a team of fundraisers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and managerial qualities.
  • Ability to organize fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Knowledge of fundraising software and databases.
  • Understanding of the non-profit sector and fundraising best practices.
