A team leader provides guidance and instruction to a working group about a project or portfolio of projects.

They are in charge of delegating work, overseeing progress towards goals, and coaching team members as needed. Team leads often serve as de-facto mentors for the team, even if they don't have a manager title.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and motivate team members.
  • Set clear team goals, delegates tasks and set deadlines.
  • Coordinating the activities of PM SVANidhi PMU under guidance of MoHUA /SIDBI for smooth implementation of PM SVANidhi scheme.
  • Stakeholder engagement with MoHUA/ SIDBI/ NPCI/ CGTMSE/ PAiSA Portal/ QCI/ States/ ULBs/ Lenders/ Digital Payment Aggregators/ IT Service Provider etc.
  • Coordinate for studies/surveys for impact assessment of the scheme.
  • Suggest improvements in program delivery based on market feedback and field surveys, visits, meetings etc.
  • Creating desired reporting/presentation / analytics for various stakeholders.
  • Any other task assigned by MoHUA as per requirements of Scheme.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Should have at least 10 years’ experience in leading large scale PMU projects with any Central/state Government or any PSU.
  • Should have at least 5 years’ experience in handling projects related to credit/ Social Sectors/DBT.
  • Should have excellent oral and written English communication.
