About Job Profile

This is a full-time onsite role as a Team Leader. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing the daily operations, developing and implementing strategies to achieve organizational objectives, coordinating with staff and volunteers to establish program priorities, organizing events and activities, and managing budgets. The Team Leader will report to the Managing Trustee and work closely with other Board members.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • To provide training to team for generate funds through fundraising technique.
  • Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Set clear team goals - Proven experience of exceeding targets.
  • Oversee day-to-day operation.
  • Monitor team performance and report and motivate team members.
  • Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in fundraising, event planning, and community engagement.
