1. Understanding business requirement and plan solution to address data needs. 2. Extensive experience in developing maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards &  analytics and working knowledge of Tableau Public, Tableau Desktop, and other similar  Tableau offerings.

3. In-depth knowledge and a sound understanding of RDBMS systems and Excel Spreadsheets,  Spreadsheet manipulations, SQL Business Intelligence, and data analytics.

4. Developing maintaining and managing advanced reporting analytics dashboards and other BI  solutions.

5. Performing and documenting data analysis data validation and data mapping/design. 6. Conducting unit tests and developing database queries to analyze the effects and  troubleshoot any issues.

7. Performing Data Modelling in Tableau Desktop.

8. Developing Workbooks and Hyper Extracts on Tableau Desktop.

9. Publishing Workbooks and Data Sources to Tableau Development and QA sites. 10. Resolving any data or performance issues related to workbooks and data sources. 11. Provide Technical support to end user for hardware, software and network issue. 12. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, including workstation,  printer, and other peripherals.

13. Maintain an inventory of all IT equipment and software.

14. Managing end user support for office 365 services: - Outlook, MS team, OneDrive, SharePoint,  and Box drive.

1. A solid understanding of SQL, rational databases, and normalization.

2. Proficiency in use of query and reporting analysis tools.

3. Competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.)

4. Extensive experience in developing, maintaining and managing Tableau driven dashboards &  analytics and working knowledge of Tableau administration/architecture.
