About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

 Analyze and provide feedback on training conducted on the community processes by Districts and Blocks Undertake periodic visits to district for supportive supervision of activity implementation.Provide support to NRHM for effective functioning of community processes through advocacy & networking.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Project design and development
  • Budget Management
  • Supervision of all the projects in the state of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
  • Project reporting and evaluation
  • Assist SH& CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
  • Project Monitoring
  • Impact assessment
  • Any other programme related activities as per states requirements
  • Candidate will need to travel within the states for monitoring, implementations and reports.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral
  • Should have good presentation and PR skills
  • Should be computer savvy
  • Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization
