About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

We are now looking for suitable candidates for the position State Programme Manager (Tamil Nadu). The position is based at Chennai however the person needs to travel within the state for monitoring, implementations and reports. The selected candidate will be part of the State team and the national programme implementation team. The position will report to State Incharge (Tamil Nadu).

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Project design and development.
  • Budget Management.
  • Supervision of all the projects in the state of Karnataka.
  • Project reporting and evaluation.
  • Assist SH& CSR team for all proposal related tasks.
  • Project Monitoring.
  • Impact assessment.
  • Any other programme related activities as per states requirements.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Should have excellent communication skills both written as well as oral.
  • Should have good presentation and PR skills.
  • Should be computer savvy.
  • Should be sensitive to the cause of the organization.

 

Other Information:

Remuneration will be as per HelpAge India’s overall salary structure, skills and in line with those in the sector.
