About Job Profile

Admin and HR

As a Senior HR Executive, we expect you to deploy engagement strategies for strengthening employee relations and oversee a team of HR associates and junior HR analysts. Besides boosting our talent acquisition efforts, you will also lead training and development programs to ensure productivity in the workplace.

Primary Responsibilities include

Managing talent acquisition process through strategic sourcing through the most cost- effective sources.

Drive end to end recruitment cycle with the team

Maintain Recruitment MIS

Induction / Orientation / Onboarding for new joiners 3678910

Coordinate feedback sessions with new joiners on periodic basis

Payroll Processing

Processing of Full & Final Settlement.

Assist in statutory compliance.

Facilitates and follows all HR process.

Implement HRMS system.

Maintain attendance and leave records.

Assist in coordination of Mediclaim Insurance processes.

Audit of HR records.

Assist in implement of policies and processes as per business requirement.

Assist in performance review process.

Assist in employee engagement calendar including fun@work, R&R initiatives etc.

Support and drive the calendar action planning and implementation of plan.

Assist in Identify training needs through performance review, competency gap, etc

Assist in Conducting trainings where applicable.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of MS Office.

Good at people handling skills.

Willing to travel in remote location in India.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Good at building collaboration and partnering with business teams Ability to align with organizational way of working.

Sense of ownership and result oriented High on emotional intelligence.

Anushkaa Foundation for Eliminating Clubfoot’s (AFEC) purpose is transforming young lives to flourish and unleash their potential. We are working to address the problem of untreated clubfoot in India.

Clubfoot is a congenital birth defect wherein one or both the feet are turned inwards, making it a leading cause of disability in children in the developing world. Based on global estimates, it was estimated more than 85% of the children in low-and middle-inn come countries do not have access to quality clubfoot treatment.

Clubfoot has an incidence rate of 1 in 800 births making it one of the largest causes of disability in children in the developing world. In India approximately 33,000 children are born with clubfoot every year i.e., almost 19% of the total global clubfoot births.

Untreated clubfoot makes it painful and difficult to walk, and such patients are at a higher risk of discrimination, neglect, sexual and physical abuse, isolation, abandonment, loss of opportunities including education and several other negative socio-economic effects on their lives.
