• Monthly planning and execution of SEWA Saamarth e-commerce business
• Working with the team to regularly review and update the SEWA Saamarth platform. Liaising with developers to make sure necessary changes are made.
• Drive traffic to the SEWA Saamarth platform and ensure conversion into sales
• Product and category diversification based on online market demand and ability of the women’s collectives to strengthen.
• Designing and sampling new products from enterprises and their packaging for various enterprises based on the target audience. Ensuring sampling, vendor identification, procurement and management.
• Developing a yearly calendar of campaigns for the SEWA Saamarth platform. Coordinating with women’s enterprises to ensure procurement according to yearly campaign, identifying challenges in production for e-commerce and coming up with creative solutions
• Ensure regular inventory management for SEWA Saamarth e-commerce platform.
• Developing SOPs for streamlined processes of procurement, order processing and shipping.
• Setting targets quarterly, planning and ensuring that targets of e-commerce business are met.
• Using google analytics and social media ad insights to create reports and make informed business decisions.
• Liasing with the social media agency/ person to plan ads, calculate return on ad spend and drive traffic on website
• Work with Communications team to develop and update UI/UX of the website and ensure regular updation of content
• Ensure SEO ranking and optimized search results for the SEWA Saamarth platform
• Ensure efficiency in the full cycle - from order acceptance to final delivery
• Working with the communications team to come up with value additions for SEWA Saamarth products, branding and marketing
• Ensuring efficient management of the online platform, keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery
• Managing the team and ensuring that targets are met
