Program Management

• Develop annual implementation plans in line with program deliverables in consultation with Senior Regional Director.
• Work on a result-based approach and integrate innovative strategies into the program design.
• Design innovative community events to address SRH barriers and create positive social norms supportive to young people’s SRHR.
• Oversee achievement of program results by ensuring that monitoring and oversight mechanisms are established and implemented.
• Coach and supervise program implementation team; responsible for performance of direct supervisees and advise on development needs of the team.
• Manage advocacy with public health system officials to address gaps in youth friendly SRH services.
• Work with Strategy and Development Unit for visibility of IDF's SRH work on social media platforms.

Capacity Building

• Provide capacity building support to the implementing team on social behaviour change modules focusing on gender equality and youth friendly health services.
• Design/modify tools for training and orientation of SRH service providers of public health facilities on youth friendly and gender responsive SRH services.

Reporting and Knowledge Management

• Coordinate with Research and Evaluation Unit for data entry and report generation on service statistics collected from public health facilities.
• Prepare monthly reports and workplan updates and share with Senior Regional Director.
• Ensure effective knowledge management strategies are implemented by the programme team, capturing lessons learnt and best practices for future planning, addressing training needs of implementing team.
• Prepare regular analytical programmatic reports and contribute to preparation of donor reports.

• Experience of developing training modules & community outreach tools on SRH, behaviour change communication, life skills and gender.
• Experience of training community workers/health service providers.
• Ability to undertake travel to rural areas up to 60% of the time. 
• Good computer skills with proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Hindi. Ability to read, write and speak in Bengali will be an added advantage.
