About Job Profile

Trainer Helping students build competency through training.

Primary Responsibilities include

Training the aspirants on an integrated module (English Grammar + Spoken English + MS Office + Basic Mathematics + Soft skills + Work readiness – all modules will be readily available).
Post placement counselling of aspirants.
Support the center in conducting assessments of the aspirants.
Publishing the entire Training plan / calendar of the center.
Networking with guest lecturers / industry, to arrange field visits as part of the sector Readiness module
Handholding aspirants at the work place (for a short duration) after placement.
