Support and office management

Coordination with teams over Cloud & Devops needs over various portals under NHM. Ensure state service requests and issues are addressed on priority basis. Track requests from various sources pertaining to application, data and records.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Coordination with teams over Cloud & Devops needs over various portals under NHM.
  • Ensure state service requests and issues are addressed on priority basis.
  • Conduct IT infrastructure analysis, recommend corrective courses
  • Track requests from various sources pertaining to application, data and records.
  • Develop and enhance portals, integrating new features that align with public health needs and adhere to the standard for seamless interoperability.
  • Perform technical assessments of portals from a revamp perspective, ensuring compliance with public health regulations and optimal performance, utilizing cloud-based technologies and infrastructure in the public health domain for efficient and reliable portal operations.
  • Coordinating across diverse states and organizations to swiftly resolve state issues and offer comprehensive support for IT applications and portals (NCD, AB-HWC and SASHAKT). 8. Engage directly with all divisions, on requirement gathering and analysis part.
  • Meticulously preparing Request for Proposal (RFP) and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in strict adherence to government guidelines.
  • Actively participate in infrastructure upgrade initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and employing advanced technical skills to ensure seamless integration and adoption of new technologies.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports over the application, capturing key metrics, and aligning with the National Health Mission (NHM) and State's IT support requirements.
  • Optimize and leverage cloud infrastructure solutions, to enhance scalability, security, and cost-efficiency in the management and storage of public health data and applications.
  • Provide support to the Advisor-IT in their day-to-day responsibilities and tasks.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • 8-year post qualification experience in Information Technology
  • Experience in Stakeholder Management, System Management and Operations
  • Experience in Public Health IT System & Experience working with various states/UTs.
