This is for a large nationwide survey involving various stakeholders. The position will start from December 01, 2023, and will be based at the Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy at IIM Ahmedabad.

• Prepare questionnaires based on the key themes of the project, under the guidance of IIMA faculty along with the project team.
• Design sampling frame and survey methodology which includes identifying primary and secondary sources of data collection.
• Implement and conduct surveys using paper, e-mail, and CAPI formats. Coordinate with various stakeholders and other independent professionals for collecting data on various themes.
• Scrutinize and compile the data collected, undertake tabulation for evaluation and interpretation, and analysis of data.
• Document the survey methodology and prepare draft reports based on the analysis.
• Disseminate the survey results through reports, presentations, white papers, policy briefs and journal publications (desirable).
• The candidate may be required to travel within India and participate in field visits for the survey.

• Applicants must have strong survey and quantitative analysis skills and sound knowledge of data and statistical methods. Proficient in programming languages and statistical software such as R, Python, STATA, etc.
• Familiarity with handling large datasets is desirable.
• Applicants must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills (both written and oral). Experience with team management is desirable.
