Carnegie India is inviting applications for a Senior Research Analyst/ Research Analyst to support its work on Digitial Public infrastructure. The candidate will also be expected to help curate and operationalise Carnegie India's flagship conference, The Global Technology Summit (GTS).

The candidate will help spearhead Carnegie India's work on digital public infrastructure. The candidate will be trained into DPI work at Carnegie India. Candidates do not necessarily need to have prior knowledge in the DPI space. What is needed is operational curiosity, intuition, and a willingness to learn. The position will require an attention to technical and legal details.

The candidate ought to have the ability to work with representatives from around the world thinking through DPI deployment and adoption. Most importantly, the candidates ought to have a willingness to learn about a relatively new policy ecosystem, work with those from across the world in thinking through the expansion of the DPI ecosystem and help create new norms and institutional imperatives.
