• Planning and implementing SeaChange interventions with a systems approach in ANI.
• Liaising with stakeholders (administration, community leaders) and maintaining necessary partnerships for implementation.
• Developing training materials and conduct training and workshops as needed for various stakeholder groups such as youth, fishers.
• Undertaking research and documentation for informing interventions as well as monitoring and evaluation.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members, interns, field team members and community catalysts as needed.
• Assisting with donor reporting and fundraising as needed.

• Proven capabilities of training, facilitation and negotiation skills in their previous work exp.
• revious experience of managing projects and supervising team members.
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to stay and adjust in a rural field site for a long duration.
• Understanding of coastal and marine ecosystems and fisheries will be an added advantage.
