About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Coordination and administration of all aspects of new and ongoing projects including planning and implementation. Responsible for all Program Investment and Financial Planning. Ensure timely execution of all activities.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • To coordinate, execute and supervise field activities of AEFI Project including development of instruments, data collection, quality assurance, analysis and monitoring of staff;
  • To write scientific papers and present at scientific meetings;
  • To coordinate with the partners, funder and government officials and other stakeholders;
  • To work closely with other members of program, administrative and finance teams;
  • To perform professional service within and outside Institute as desired by INCLEN.
     

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Experience in health research/Vaccinology.
  • Experience of preparing reports, scientific papers and presentations.
  • Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
  • Good computer skills and excellent communication fluency in English (verbal and written).
