About Job Profile

Support and office management

Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with senior management to set CSR goals and targets and establish a roadmap for achieving them.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • End to end ownership for one or multiple client engagements, including project delivery, relationship management and team management.
  • Support, advise and consult with senior CSR decision makers across sectors on CSR strategy, CSR implementation, M&E, compliance, effective usage of technology for CSR effectiveness and more
  • Some engagements may need the team to function as an extended CSR team for the client, responsible for implementation of the CSR strategy approved by the client CSR committee.
  • Complete ownership and accountability for annual financial budget creation, program selection, annual action plan creation, monitoring and evaluation, compliance management, employee engagement, brand engagement and any other aspect related to the CSR function
  • Primary point of contact for the leadership team, other business heads, accounting and finance, as well as implementation partners
  • Contribute to formulation of the CSR strategy, and long term impact goals and ensure alignment with the business strategy
  • Developing impact frameworks and Key Performance Matrix across all projects
  • Managing impact reporting through Non-profits and leading quarterly reporting
  • To the Board.
  • Lead internal coordination across HR, Marketing and business teams to engage with employees (volunteering, employee giving, events etc.) and to ensure that CSR contributes effectively to the larger branding objectives
  • Manage project budgets, disbursements and financial utilization tracking
  • Lead a 2-4 member team with ownership for hiring, training and career growth
  • Ensure CSR and financial compliance across all engagements. Engage with auditors and compliance teams through the year.
  • Develop a strong hands on understanding of the CSR management tech platform and use it effectively across engagements, wherever relevant. High degree of comfort with quantitative data will be essential.
