About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

The primary task is to coordinate activities within and outside the organization, facilitate and manage external administrative affairs, and assist in communication with people, agencies, and organizations.

He/She is an organization’s representative that streamlines coordination efforts within and outside organization, manage external administrative affairs, conflict and incident responder. He/She would be responsible for coordinating multiagency responses for effective incident response that may requires quick and efficient coordination.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Facilitate in establishing and strengthening partnerships/relationships with Non-Government, Civil Society Organizations, Government Organizations and other agencies to promote joint or collaborative responses;
  • Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communications, coordinate activities, liaise within and outside the organization;
  • Collect and contribute information to update Office of the President-PHFI with reference to the coordination within and outside organization and manage external affairs;
  • Prompt and effective in monitoring, coordinating, communicating and liaising with individual/s, organizations, agencies, based on organizations goals and strategic objectives;
  • Maintain contact directory of important stake holders, organizations, agencies or individuals;
  • Identifying problems in communications among these groups and facilitate resolution in guidance of the PHFI leadership;
  • Provide logistic support to mentors/experts visiting and staying at district hospitals for their boarding, lodging, travel etc
  • Facilitate discussions, problem-solving meetings to encourage effective teamwork and to achieve organization’s goals and objectives;
  • Collaborate and communicate with necessary constituents, conduct post-analysis when an incident is wrapped up;
  • Event reporting, analysis and compiling reports on incidents, events or updates to learn from them and improve future processes and relationships;
  • Writing correspondence reports to maintain a record of the relevant communication;
  • Program-related travel.
  • Perform any other duty as and when required by the office of the President-PHFI.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with commonly used software such as Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in health sector.
