Support and office management

Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that business needs are being met.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Plan and organize social activities and events to promote team building, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture.Develop and implement wellness programs that support employee health and well-being, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs that align with the organization's values and goals and have a positive impact on the community.Promoting recognition and appreciation programs that recognize employee achievements and contributions and foster a culture of appreciation and gratitude within the organization.
  • Ensuring that HR programs are aligned with the organization's culture and values.
  • Managing the day-to-day activities of HR programs and initiatives, including program planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and providing recommendations for improvement when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as vendors, consultants, and other organizations, to support HR program delivery.
