•     Provide policy, technical and program support for PM-ABHIM as needed at National level under PMABHIM.
•     Work with other program divisions in the MoHFW in delivering the mandate of PM-ABHIM.
•     Guide Central Government Institutes in policy and program implementation in relation to programs.
•     Undertake implementation and operational research and assessments for improving the programs and policies.
•     Monitor the progress of the PM-ABHIM and provide inputs on course correction on a regular basis.
•     Ensure consolidation and dissemination of approved annual work plans along with budget to implementing entities and prepare quarterly progress report based on the monitoring & evaluation framework.
•     Prepare periodic progress report on the monitoring & evaluation framework.
•     Undertake any other activities / tasks from time to time as assigned by the MoHFW and reporting officer.

Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with commonly used packages like MS Word, Excel, Power-point.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities, excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Working knowledge of Hindi also desirable.

Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment.

Demonstrated experience in operationalizing health program at field level/ working in strengthening of district level health systems.

Experience of working in Health Schemes of Government of India or State Government
