•     Prepare the calendar of operation for Collection of Seeds and Cuttings from the authenticated sources.
•     Undertake seed processing, treatment and storage.
•     Prepare contract agreement with private and corporate firms for supply of seeds.
•     Monitor and inspect seeds sources for purity and truthfulness.
•     Participation in planning meetings, keeping records and reports and reporting on a regular basis.
•     Ensure compliance with internal policies and external requirements.
•     Manage and oversee activities, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
•     Provide timely and accurate reports to the Director, Nursery and Reforestation and stakeholders.
•     Monitor progress and identify areas for improvement, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.

    Speaks fluent English.

    Tech savvy, proficient in MS Office.

    Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
