Design, develop and produce five video stories 2 minutes duration that will capture the success stories of the adolescent health programs which can include adolescents, teachers, health providers, and government officials, highlighting the innovation and/or anecdotes from their sphere of influence on positive outcomes due to program interventions. The process will include:

• Develop Hindi version of the films with English subtitles; Share voice over samples of male/ female for approval; Share the scratch with indicative voice over for review and feedback by EngenderHealth and UNFPA.
• Incorporate all feedback and produce final films.
• Arranging for logistics and equipment required for the production process and outputs. 
• Creating and presenting media outputs in a timely manner, while engaging with designated
• EngenderHealth staff for necessary inputs and steering
• Follow brand guidelines of EngenderHealth/UNFPA where applicable.

Capture high-quality process documentation of the end-to-end journey 

• The RKSK programme in MP through a detailed report, presentation and one brochure. 
• Adolescent Education Programme called “Talim-i-Naublighan” implemented in all government affiliated Madrasas in Bihar through a detailed report, presentation and one brochure.

Develop an advocacy toolkit such as coffee table booklet, other innovative ideas are encouraged. 

• Develop a draft and share with EngenderHealth and UNFPA team. 
• Receive inputs and prepare a final product.

Design and publish the relevant articles and stories from the field in the form of an e-newsletter (at least 2 until end of December 2023).
 
Still photographs from the field which can be used for advocacy.
 
As the activity involves multiple stakeholders, the agency should have sufficient experience, knowledge, and maturity to take interviews. Proper consents forms should be used before capturing field stories, quotes, and videos of adolescents and relevant stakeholders.
