• Develop an understanding and awareness of WWF India's work
• Make calls to Donors and explain WWF India's work to members clearly and interestingly.
• Responsible for working on minimum of 15 donors through retention as per monthly target.
• Responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships with the donor and upgrading them up in the donor pyramid.
• Responsible for generating WWF India’s Revenue through maintaining individual contacts.
• To raise the set target given by the line manager's ability to work to tight deadlines through retention and acquisition of new donors from one-time and regular giving donors.
• To upscale the production and turn primary data into secondary.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for meeting as many individual donors as possible and also upscale the production and turning primary data into secondary.

• Excellent English communication skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
• Highly performance-oriented and ability to work in a team.
