About Job Profile

Support and office management

The Resource Development Officer at Prayoga, an education research institute and NGO, will drive fundraising efforts, build donor relationships, and secure financial resources to support our research and educational programs. This role is crucial for expanding our funding base, advancing educational innovation, and organizing events for donor engagement.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Develop and execute resource development strategies aligned with our mission and goals.
  • Identify and research potential funding sources and cultivate donor relationships.
  • Prepare compelling grant proposals and funding applications.
  • Manage a donor database and maintain accurate records.
  • Organize fundraising events and campaigns to generate support and engage donors.
  • Collaborate with teams to gather data for proposals and reports.
  • Contribute to communications and marketing efforts to engage donors.
  • Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and progress.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in fundraising or resource development, preferably in an NGO or educational institute.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in donor management systems and fundraising tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Passion for education and research.
