About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Researches new products, tests, and methodological instruments and reports to the principal investigator relative to feasibility, quality, and benefits of such new developments. Adapts procedures or methods relative to changes in research projects. Designs and implements research protocols; designs safety procedures.

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Collating and reviewing relevant materials for the project
  • Preparing data collection tools (survey schedule, FGD guide, Semi-structured Interviews guide) and collecting data.
  • Facilitating and conducting stakeholders’ interactions sessions and workshops.
  • Data analysis (mostly qualitative), data interpretation and report writing.
  • Overall assistance in managing the administration and any other research-related activities of the faculty supervisor.
  • Any other work assigned from time to time by the faculty supervisor.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Candidates possessing the necessary work and research experience gained in think tanks, research institutes, or academic institutions will be preferred.
  • The candidate should possess strong communication skills in English, encompassing both written and oral proficiency.
  • The candidate must have experience working with qualitative and qualitative data analysis.
