About Job Profile

Research and Field Work

The requirement is for a full-time research associate to work on a case-writing research project involving in-depth quantitative and qualitative research methods, including field work, ethnographic work and in-depth interviews. You will be involved in all stages of the research and the case-writing processes and are expected to work independently within the scope of the project. Duties include, but are not limited to, collaborating on research design, eleciting information, conducting interviews with stakeholders of the concerned company, conducting data analysis, and drafting or editing manuscripts/reports.

You are expected to uphold to the highest standards of work ethic and scientific integrity. Past involvement in related roles would be appreciated.

Primary Responsibilities include

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to work with a team and with different stakeholders
Experience with data collection using either ethnographic methods or in-depth interviews
Proficiency in reviewing literature and drafting manuscripts
Knowledge of research methods and analysis techniques
Working knowledge of analytical softwares for qualitative data analysis
