Experience in designing and implementing research studies and exploratory studies

Good analytical skills e.g. the ability to derive meaningful relationships in the data to draw meaningful insights

Experience in translating learnings to program design

Efficient user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Experience in managing a study team, data collection and data management

Willingness to participate in field activities/surveys and travel to remote areas within the region

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Willing & enthusiastic learner

Has the ability to service clients and perform under deadline pressure
