About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Program Planning & Implementation To work on the Program planning and implementation of the schools projects of the Northern & entire Southern region.

Academic result analysis to be discussed and planning over the gaps. Yearly Planning on Capacity Building sessions with Coordinators & Teachers of the respective project.

Primary Responsibilities include

To achieve the target of number of beneficiaries and ensure adapt impact with a proper adherence to the systems and policies of the organization.
Preparing the Donor Reports and arranging their visits as required.
Liaison with the govt. schools, stakeholders and the local government authorities at the state level.
Overseeing the accounts in coordination with accounts team in the national office
Providing the overall operational support of procurement, logistics, monthly attendance etc. of the respective programs of the Southern Region.
Conducting various Volunteer engagement activities, scholarship programmes and health camps etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Strong interpersonal and networking skills
    Team handling and skills
    Strong target / results orientation
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Excellent knowledge of Office IT packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
    Experience in Project Coordination

SHIKSHAANTRA PLUS for holistic learning at government schools with a focus on remedial/support education, psychological support, building capacity of teachers on new pedagogy skills, infrastructural support and improved parental engagement

MANOSHAKTI Mental Health Programme promotes student's psychological, social, & physical development through personalised and group counselling sessions. The programme also engages with caregivers and government school teachers to mitigate the risk of dropouts while enhancing their mental well being and learning.

A core part of our COVID response strategy, the ADAPT IMPACT program, supports vulnerable children by providing a safe digital learning environment and counselling to bridge the learning gaps and ensure that children's education continues.

The integrated Community Development programme, SIKSHA AUR VIKAS, empowers economically backward communities to become socio-economically independent. The programme focuses on empowering women & youth through skill-building, livelihood creation, and microfinancing.
