About Job Profile

Support and office management

Supervise and coordinate schedules for CHWs, volunteers, and interns. Support in the development of health-related grant proposals and reports. Attend and participate in required educational programs and staff meetings. Serve as community liaison and maintain relationships with key individuals in the community.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Liaise with key stakeholders in the State and district to fast track all project activities and monitor progress with set timelines.
  • Ensure regular follow up of district and block level activities, identify and document field level challenges in implementation.
  • Engage with key Stakeholders of project at all levels, mostly at Block and district level and identify solutions for expedited implementations as per State targets.
  • Support in development of training manuals for building capacity of state/district staff and healthcare functionaries based in the state.
  • Support the state nodal officers in capacity building of the district and block functionaries including providing regular guidance and onsite handholding support during supportive supervision visits.
  • Contribute to the development of annual plans.
  • Carry out analysis of data related to program implementation activities and support in reporting the progress as per the specified templates/ formats.
  • Support in documentation of various activities under the program and timely preparation of required progress reports, updates etc.
  • Support any other need-based tasks as requested by the State operations lead. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Prior work experience with state or national government.
  • Deep understanding of the National Health Mission and other related public health programs.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong command of English and Hindi required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the development of compelling presentations with the ability to translate technical content and results in formats suitable for various audiences.
