Project Management/Coordination

A project manager is a professional who organises, plans, and executes projects while working within restraints like budgets and schedules. Project managers are in charge of leading teams, defining goals, communicating with stakeholders, and seeing a project through to its closure.

Primary Responsibilities include

Design and develop an implementation plan for sustainable enhancement of non-farm livelihoods in urban and rural India.
Identify the existing best practices across different states and come up with scaling-up strategy on various models for livelihood promotion
Identify existing gaps and challenges for the youth towards employability
Liaison and establish linkages with multiple stakeholders with the objective of financial inclusion, capacity building, market reach and overall income enhancement.
Responsibility of overall project management of various initiatives under the skilling and livelihood.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Strong research and project management skills.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Attention to detail.
Standard office ICT skills.
