Develop strategies for testing, delivery, training and on boarding of users.

Manage support team and documentation teams for the various portal/applications developed and delivered.

Manage and develop effective and efficient processes and procedures for the development of the system to capture and maintenance of the program data.

Develop and manage MIS system/IT infrastructure required by the program.

The purchase of the software and hardware systems and plan proper budget and quotations for the systems.

For outsourcing development work or specific talent hiring.

Communication and Coordination with the various Stake Holders.

Facilitate/Participate in Briefing/debriefing, Exposure/immersions, Trainings.

Provide training and necessary assistance to all the users involved in using, and maintaining of the software systems.

Undertake additional duties or projects as the management may determine from time to time.
