About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A project manager has to plan and develop the project idea. They need to create and lead the team, monitor project progress, set deadlines, solve issues that arise, manage money, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and evaluate project performance, including the performance of their team members.
 

Primary Responsibilities include

 

  • Responsible for the on-time, efficient and collaborative delivery of video deliverables
  • Meet with requester to understand the scope of the video deliverables, collecting all details elaborately
  • Communicating requirements to the director & assigning projects to editors and track till delivery
  • Follow-up to ensure each aspect of the campaign delivery happens on time, by working closely with editors, directors and other departments (eng pub, impressions etc)
  • Be the primary POC to the requester to communicate about the deliverables-Collaborate with director and 4-5 editors
     

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Interpersonal, Highly Organized, Structured, Comfortable with ticketing software/google sheets. Ideally experience in a video production/edit environment
