Project Management/Coordination

A Project Manager is a professional in charge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget. They prevent scope creep while also managing individual tasks for their respective teams with keen attention to detail to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Client management.
  • Delivering impact driven trainings.
  • Team management.
  • P&l management.
  • CSR Training quality and operations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Total work experience of minimum 10 years.
  • Should have handled CSR training projects for atleast 5 -6 years.
  • Should have project management experience of minimum 8 years.
  • Should have managed large teams/partner base.
  • Should have good IPR skills.
