Project Management/Coordination

A project leader is similar to a project manager in that they both provide support to carry out tasks to complete a project. As a project leader, you guide and motivate the team throughout the entire project, tracking the progress of tasks, monitoring goals, and reviewing information for compliance.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Understand existing landscape and business objectives of the customers.
  • Translate their explicit and implicit requirements into optimal, scalable, high performance Azure Analytics solution.
  • Modify existing solutions to enhance, optimize, or to incorporate new functionality.
  • Ensure high quality of deliverables from self and team.
  • Provide candid, meaningful feedback and regular progress updates to the team and customer.
  • Explore how the world of data has evolved and how the advent of cloud technologies is providing new opportunities for businesses to explore.
  • Learn the various data platform technologies that are available, and how to take advantage of the available technologies for organizational benefit.
  • Contribute to presales activities including proposals, POC and Demos.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Have around 8-12 yrs of IT experience
  • Should have worked and lead the projects in at least one of the technologies of Analytics, SAP ,Cloud, Data visualization tools.
  • Assigning of tasks to the team and able to manage escalations.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting of project progress and deliverables.
  • Able to create project plans and schedules.
  • Able to identify potential risks to the project and implement risk mitigation plans.
  • Ability to work on effort estimations for new and change requirements.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
