About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Stakeholder engagement with MoHUA/ SIDBI/ States/ ULBs/ Lenders/ Digital Payment Aggregators/ IT Service Provider etc.
  • Proactively monitoring program’s progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective actions.
  • Managing communication with all stakeholders.
  • Assisting in formulating and implementation of new ideas for the betterment of the Project.
  • Any other task assigned by MoHUA as per requirements of Scheme.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Govt. /Public Sector Projects.
  • Should have at least 2 years of experience in Social Sector domain (like microcredit/ poverty alleviation/ livelihoods generation/ skill development/ capacity building/ entrepreneurship development etc.).
  • Hands-on-experience in handling development projects with Central or State Govt. would be given preference.
