About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A project coordinator handles administrative tasks for the project manager and team members to keep the project running smoothly. This may include ordering equipment and supplies, managing deadlines and workflow, and scheduling meetings and appointments.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Coordinate training programs
  • Assist in developing modules and manuals on child protection issues
  • Develop power point presentations on child protection issues
  • Assist in developing training budgets
  • Assist in developing training resource material
  • Analyze training workshops and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with resource persons 
  • Conduct training session
  • Prepare database of participants of training programs
  • Any other tasks as per the requirement of the organization
  • Extensive travel across states and interior area/districts as per the requirement
