About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

Program Coordinators manage, coordinate and oversee different programs and projects. They often have the following responsibilities: Monitor and approve program expenditures. Prepare financial statements and maintain records pertaining to program activities.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Reach out to out of school children, adolescents, and their families in the communities in urban areas and develop profiles.
  • Coordinate life skills education program for out of school, street connected children and adolescents in the district.
  • Implement all the program activities according to the goals and objectives, outcomes, tracking the milestones.
  • Organize activities with children including training workshops, sessions, exposure visits.
  • Organize activities with families as part of family strengthening initiatives.
  • Document case studies, stories of change, analytical program reports and submit it to the supervisor.
  • Coordinate, collaborate with educators, community mobilisers as a team.
