About Job Profile

Project Management/Coordination

A Program Officer is an integral part of a foundation or nonprofit organization. It is up to Program Officers to oversee program development, seek grants and proposals, manage projects and oversee budgets.

Primary Responsibilities include

  • Collect & compile student enrolment/ graduate data/ student feedback/ testimonials/ result/ mark sheets for on-campus programs from all IIPHs (& ancillary centres) and accordingly prepare student profile for on-campus students.
  • Update/ develop SOPs for On-campus programs.
  • Collect data, compile and prepare Scholarships Report.
  • Prepare poster or related material for On-Campus academic programs (for display at PHFI events), send ‘Admissions Open’ announcement for on-campus programs within and outside PHFI/IIPH network.
  • Prepare content and finalize design of DG material.
  • Correspond and procure quotation from, devnetjobsindia.org; ngobox.org etc. for banner advertisement.
  • Create content for advertisement/ admission notification for, Devnetindia.org, Ngobox.org, Shiksha.com, Newspaper advt., Journal advt., Event posting for education websites.
  • Develop mass-mailer for on-campus programs and respond to admission queries through Acad ID.
  • Organize, coordinate, conduct and minute Program Officers’ Telecons for demand generation of on-campus programs.
  • Coordinate with IT team and get the content uploaded on PHFI website regarding On-Campus programs (brochures/ application forms/ any other related content).
  • Prepare DG presentation for Student Seminars, create banner for admission notification for dissemination for WhatsApp and Facebook and create press release for On-campus programs’ Admissions Open.
  • Prepare and send letters to, Career Counsellors, WHO SEARO offices, Embassies of SEA countries, FM Community Radio Stations, Education websites.
  • Organize and coordinate ‘Online event’ for Demand Generation on Facebook, handle Acad ID and respond to student queries, coordinate.
  • Compile and develop PGDPHM Consortium Review presentation and provide overall secretarial assistance to the PGDPHM consortium.
  • Collect & compile student enrollment/ graduate information for PGDPHM program from all partner institutions and coordinate with MoHFW for PGDPHM continuation meeting/ letter/ examination meeting and finalizing minutes of the meeting.
  • Compile, prepare and provide presentation, information, data, details etc. for on-campus programs for PHFI board meetings/ AMC/ AAC meetings etc.
  • Carry out research and produce publications, or other research outputs, in line with public health education/ academics.
  • Assist in the development of learning materials.
  • Compile and maintain seats intake/ enrolment/ faculty details of new and existing MPH programs in India.
  • Compile and maintain fee details for public health programs (master’s level) for India.
  • Carry out literature review/ analysis on various areas of public health.
