• Review, modify, develop monitoring tools as required to collect program monitoring data from the field.
• Test and institutionalize monitoring tools, including management and support in the development and implementation of appropriate software solutions.
• Build capacity of program team and implementation partners to use monitoring tools and systems, to ensure that country, regional and global teams have access to timely and precise information regarding project progress.
• Develop and maintain a repository of data and information pertaining to nutrition and health indicators, including e-filing of all documents related to program monitoring and reporting.
• Support in the coordination of donor reporting in liaison with global monitoring and data learning (MDL) team and relevant project staff.
• Collaborate with the global MDL Unit to operationalize digital solutions to streamline fortification program monitoring information systems.
• Support broader food fortification (FF) technical work (studies, survey, process evaluation etc.) across other units. 

• Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications (high proficiency expected with Excel and Powerpoint).
• Excellent skills in development and maintenance of digital data collection and visualisation systems such as kobo-toolbox, Open Data Kit (ODK), DHIS 2, Power BI, Tableau etc.
• Skills in data analysis, program monitoring and developing presentations to present data-driven trends.
• Proficient in the use of database systems like MS Access, My SQL etc.
