Project Management/Coordination

A Program Manager is a professional who coordinates projects across an organization. They ensure everything runs smoothly and follows program goals while maintaining a high level of detail for each project they oversee throughout their workday.

Primary Responsibilities include

This person will drive the CSR (corporate social responsibility) execution for the Global delivery org which includes conducting regular CSR meetings with NGOs, leadership teams, internal teams to share updates, monitoring the progress of the projects with NGOs, ensuring all documentation & reports are complete and compliant and maintained in a repository.

This person will also come up with plan and proposals for co-creating projects that align with Microsoft Philanthropies and CSR Pillars, work with all stake holders for alignment and enrollment and take up the end to end process till disbursal and monitoring in a transparent and compliant manner. This person will work with the communication team proactively to make sure CSR related decks, emails, newsletters, external communication are sent on a weekly/monthly basis, and will record notes, follow up on action items without reminders.

They will proactively identify areas where Microsoft employees can volunteer time to drive causes, lead and coordinate all activities with them end to end, monitor and share reports as required.
